Redirect
Route your audience to exactly the right next step — automatically, based on what the AI learned about them.
What a Redirect does
After the conversation ends, a Redirect sends your audience to a URL of your choice — instantly, automatically. No extra steps. No result screen. They complete the product, and they land exactly where you want them.
Redirects are controlled through the AI Product node's Behaviour tab — they are configured as part of the AI Chat settings, not as a separate node on the canvas.
Simple but powerful
Not every product needs an AI-generated outcome. Sometimes the right next step is already waiting: a booking page, a sales page, a community, a resource download, a different product. The Redirect Outcome makes sure the audience lands there without friction.
And sometimes the right next step depends on the outcome of the conversation. High-fit lead? Send them to your calendar. Lower-fit? Send them to your email list. The product does the qualifying. The Redirect does the routing.
Configuring a Redirect
Redirect settings live in the Behaviour tab of the AI Product node settings. Scroll to the Completion section.
-
Completion redirect — a toggle to enable or disable the redirect. When enabled, a URL and button text field appear.
-
Button text — the label shown on the button that triggers the redirect (e.g. "Visit website", "Book your call", "Get access").
-
Redirect URL — the destination the person is sent to after the conversation ends.
The redirect fires after the conversation completes the collection phase. If you also have a Report, Document, or Offer Outcome connected, the redirect can be used as a secondary step — after the person has received their outcome, they are offered the redirect as the next action.

When to use Redirect
-
When the next step is an existing page — your booking link, an application form, a sales page, or a community
-
When you want to gate a resource or experience behind a collection step: someone answers three questions, then gets redirected to the resource they asked for
-
When you are using a Report or Offer Outcome but also want to route the person somewhere specific after they have received it
-
When the product's goal is routing rather than generating — qualifying someone and sending them where they should go, without generating a document in between
An idea to get you started
A lead qualification product does not need to generate a document. It just needs to know one thing: is this person ready to talk? If yes, send them to your calendar. If no, send them to your email list.
That is a Redirect product. Someone answers three to five questions, the AI evaluates their fit, and they land in the right place — before you have looked at a single notification. The qualification happened automatically. The routing happened automatically. The only thing left for you is the conversation you actually want to have.
The Redirect sends everyone to the same URL. For decision-based routing — sending high-fit leads to your calendar and lower-fit leads elsewhere — use a webhook or MCP connection to pass the tier result to your CRM, and configure routing logic there.
