What is the Claude Connector?
Productised is the delivery layer between Claude and your audience. The connector lets you build, design, edit, and publish your assessments and lead magnets without leaving the conversation.
The Claude Connector is Productised's native MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration with Claude. Once connected, Claude can read your workspace, build entire assessments and lead magnets from scratch, edit the design of result pages, manage your leads, publish products to public URLs, and ask your Brain for strategic advice — all from inside a Claude conversation.
Claude is the thinking layer. Productised is the delivery layer. Claude can design your scorecard, diagnostic, or lead magnet. Productised takes it to your audience — at your URL, branded for you, capturing and scoring every lead. Already running your business in Claude? The connector is what makes the work you do there land in front of real people.
Productised works perfectly on its own. You don't need Claude to build great AI products — the canvas, Brain, and the Create-with-AI flow do everything you need from a browser. The connector is for people who already live in Claude and want their full Productised workspace accessible from there.
What you can do from Claude
Once connected, Claude has 80 live tools against your Productised workspace — plus slash-pickable prompts for the most common flows. Anything you can do in the dashboard — and a few things you can only do conversationally — you can do by talking to Claude.
Build new products
Describe your product in plain English. Claude plans the structure, creates the product, generates the conversation flow, configures the AI agent, and gives you a live preview URL — in one message.
Design custom result pages
Ask Claude to design the result page. It writes the HTML, the platform stores it, and every respondent gets a personalised version filled with their data, scores, and insights.
Edit anything conversationally
Change a system prompt, swap a question, tweak the welcome copy, apply a new theme, switch the result template, set a custom domain — without opening the canvas.
Manage leads in chat
"Show me my hot leads from this week", "tag Sarah as contacted", "what came in across all my products?" — Claude reads, filters, and updates your pipeline.
Re-host assets from a URL
Scrape a logo or favicon from the user's website (Claude's web fetch), hand the URL to Productised, get a permanent CDN URL back. Use it for branding, SEO, or directly in the page HTML.

How the connector is different from Claude's built-in integrations
Claude's built-in integrations (Google Drive, Notion, GitHub) give Claude read access to files. They're great for retrieval — Claude can answer questions about your documents.
The Productised Connector is fundamentally different: it gives Claude read and write access to your actual product workspace. Claude can:
- Create new products that go live at a shareable URL
- Rewrite the AI agent's system prompt
- Replace the HTML of a result page that customers will see
- Configure custom domains
- Publish products to public

Live Preview — see every change in one click
Every write operation returns a demo URL alongside the standard public URL.
The demo URL (?demo=true) is a fully functional, publicly accessible preview of the product that bypasses authentication, domain locks, and submission gates. Claude includes it in every response after a change, so you can open the live experience immediately without logging in.
This is the closest thing to a real-time design loop with an LLM: describe → Claude calls the tool → you click the URL → you see the change.

What the connector is not
- It's not a replacement for the canvas. The canvas is still the right tool when you want to drag-and-drop, see connections visually, or work with non-trivial node graphs. The connector is for when you want to talk through changes.
- It's not a chatbot built on top of Productised. It's a full tool API exposed to Claude — Claude does the talking, Productised does the work.
- It's not required to use Productised. Everything works standalone. The connector is purely additive.
