Journey Plan

Generate a full-funnel product roadmap for your coaching or consulting practice — a structured plan across every stage of your client journey, built from Brain's accumulated knowledge of your business.

Knowing you need more products is easy. Knowing exactly which products, in which order, serving which stages of your funnel — that's the hard part. That's what the Journey Plan solves.

The Journey Plan is a full-funnel product roadmap generated by Brain — a structured, prioritised plan that maps every stage of your client journey and shows you what to build at each one. It's not a template. It's not a generic coaching business framework. It's a plan built specifically from what Brain knows about your practice: your niche, your audience, your existing products, your methodology, your funnel gaps.

The more Brain knows about your business, the more precise the plan becomes, so ensure to fill out your Brand Voice settings to get the best use out of the planner. \

What the Journey Plan covers

The plan organises your product recommendations across five stages of the client journey:

What's in each recommendation

Every product recommendation in the Journey Plan includes:

  • Product title — a specific name, not a category description

  • What it does — a concise summary of the product's purpose and who it's for

  • Output type — the specific Productised format: scored diagnostic, AI report, document, chat advisor, output page, template, or slide deck

  • Priority — high, medium, or low, based on the impact this product would have at this stage of your funnel

  • Why now — Brain's reasoning for this recommendation: what gap it fills, what it enables downstream, and why it makes sense for your specific positioning

Generating your Journey Plan

Open the Plans tab

In Brain, select the Plans tab in the left panel. If you haven't generated a plan yet, you'll see the option to create one.

Review what Brain knows

Before generating, Brain will show you how much context it has accumulated about your practice — your conversations, memories, and uploaded sources. The more context it has, the more specific your plan will be. If Brain has limited context, it will prompt you to have a few conversations or upload some sources first.

Generate the plan

Click Generate Journey Plan. Brain synthesises everything it knows about your practice and produces a structured plan across all five stages. This takes around 30–60 seconds.

Review and act

Browse the plan by stage. Each product recommendation shows the output type, priority, and Brain's reasoning. When you're ready to build one, click Save to Ideas to add it to your Ideas backlog, then take it to the canvas whenever you're ready.

Saving plan recommendations to your backlog

Every product in the Journey Plan can be saved to your Ideas tab with a single click. Once saved, the concept is in your product backlog alongside any concepts Brain surfaced through conversations — ready to open on the canvas the moment you decide to build it.

This means your Ideas tab can become a complete, prioritised product roadmap for your entire practice — not just the concepts you happened to discuss in a conversation, but a systematic plan across every stage of your client journey.

Regenerating your plan over time

Your Journey Plan is a snapshot — it reflects what Brain knew about your practice at the moment you generated it. As your business evolves, your plan should too.

Regenerate your Journey Plan when:

  • You've shipped new products and your funnel has changed

  • Your niche or audience has shifted

  • You've added new methodology documents to your Sources

  • You've had significant new conversations with Brain that changed its understanding of your positioning

  • Several months have passed and you want a fresh strategic perspective

Each generated plan is saved as a snapshot in the Plans tab, so you can always compare your current plan to a previous one and see how your strategic thinking has evolved.

How the plan uses Brain's knowledge

The Journey Plan draws on everything Brain has accumulated about your practice:

Conversations — strategic discussions you've had with Brain about your audience, your goals, and your existing products. Brain remembers what matters.

Memories — the facts and preferences Brain has extracted and saved from your conversations: your niche, your positioning, your constraints.

Sources — the methodology documents, frameworks, and positioning materials you've uploaded. If you have a proprietary four-step process, Brain will show you how to productise each step.

Existing products — Brain knows what you've already built and ensures the plan fills gaps, not duplicates.

The result is a plan that feels like it was written by someone who knows your business — because it was built from everything you've told Brain about your business over time.
