Growth Playbook
An AI-generated marketing strategy tailored to your product — buyer journey placement, ideal customer profile, and channel priorities.
The Growth Playbook is an AI-generated strategic brief that analyses your product and tells you where it fits in the buyer journey, who it is genuinely for, and which channels to prioritise first. It is generated on demand with a single click.
What the playbook contains
Customer Journey placement — where your product sits in the buyer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Decision, or Retention), with a rationale explaining why, and the primary dormant desire your product is designed to surface or resolve. It also maps potential expansion stages — how the product could serve the same audience at different points in their journey.
Ideal Customer Profile — a structured description of the person most likely to get value from this product: their role, company type, current pain state, desired outcome, and the readiness signal that indicates they are ready to engage. This is not a generic persona — it is derived from your product's collection questions and workflow.
Channel Playbook — a ranked list of distribution channels with a rationale for each ranking and a specific tactical recommendation. The ranking reflects the AI's assessment of where your audience is most likely to encounter and engage with this type of product.
How it works
Click Generate Playbook. The AI reads your product name, description, the collection questions, and the workflow node titles to understand what the product does and who it serves. It then generates the full playbook.
Generation takes approximately 10–20 seconds. When complete, the playbook is displayed in structured sections.
Regenerating
Click Regenerate at any time to produce a fresh playbook. Useful if you have updated your product's questions, description, or workflow since the last generation.
The playbook is not saved between sessions. Generate it fresh when you need it.
How to use the playbook
The Growth Playbook is a thinking tool, not a finished plan. Use it to:
- Validate your assumptions about where the product sits in the funnel and adjust your messaging accordingly
- Refine your ICP by comparing the AI's description against your actual best clients
- Identify one or two channels to test first rather than spreading distribution effort across everything
The channel recommendations are prioritised by fit, not by general popularity. A channel ranked first for a B2B diagnostic tool will look different from one ranked first for a consumer wellness product. Trust the context over generic advice.
