Products Gallery

Your workspace for building, managing, and organising every AI product you create.

The Products area is your home base on Productised. Every AI product you've built lives here — from early-stage drafts to products actively running in the world. It's also the starting point for creating new ones.

Creating a product

Use the Create Product button in the top right to start a new AI product. You'll be taken through the creation flow — choosing a starting point, naming your product, and landing in the canvas where you can begin building.

See Create your first product for a full walkthrough of the creation flow.

The filter bar

Above your product grid is a filter and sort bar that lets you work with your products efficiently as your library grows.

Sort

Choose how your products are ordered:

  • Newest first — most recently created at the top (default)
  • Oldest first — chronological order
  • Name A → Z — alphabetical
  • Name Z → A — reverse alphabetical

Visibility filter

Filter by how a product is deployed:

FilterShows
AllEvery product regardless of status
MarketplaceProducts listed on the public Marketplace
PublicProducts deployed and accessible via link
PrivateProducts not yet deployed

Colour filter

If you've assigned colours to your products, colour swatches appear as quick filters. Click a colour to see only products with that colour. Click again to clear. There are eight colours available: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Teal, Blue, Purple, and Pink.

Legend

The legend in the filter bar also acts as a quick-filter shortcut:

  • Yellow dot — Marketplace (publicly listed template)
  • Blue dot — Public (live and deployed)
  • Grey dot — Private (not yet deployed or unlisted)

Click any legend item to filter instantly.

The Search button opens a quick-search panel to find a specific product by name.

View mode

Toggle between Compact (tighter grid, more products visible) and Visual (larger cards with more visual weight). Your preference is saved between sessions.

Product cards

Each card represents a single AI product. At a glance, the card shows the product's name, its colour label, and its visibility status.

Card border colours reflect deployment state:

  • Yellow border — listed on the Marketplace (or a base template)
  • Blue border — deployed publicly
  • Grey border — private or draft

Clicking a card opens it in the canvas.

Card actions

Each card has four action buttons along the bottom:

IconAction
EyePreview the product as a user would see it
PencilOpen in the canvas to edit
LinkCopy the product's shareable link to clipboard
TrashDelete the product

The Copy link button copies the product's live URL — the link you'd share with your audience, embed in a campaign, or send to a client.

The product count shown in the top right of the filter bar ("X of Y products") updates dynamically as you filter — useful for understanding how your library breaks down by visibility or colour.

Funnel view

The Products gallery includes a Funnel view that organises your products by where they sit in your audience's journey. Switch to Funnel view using the view toggle in the filter bar.

Funnel view groups your products into three stages:

ToFU — Top of Funnel

Top-of-funnel products are designed for cold audiences — people who have discovered you for the first time and are not yet ready to buy. The goal is to deliver immediate value, build trust, and capture a lead.

Good ToFU products: Free diagnostics, lead magnets, readiness scorecards, "what type are you" assessments, instant insight tools. These are typically short (5–10 questions), fast to complete, and deliver something tangible without requiring commitment.

MoFU — Middle of Funnel

Middle-of-funnel products are for warm leads who know who you are and are evaluating whether you're the right fit. The goal is to deepen engagement, demonstrate your methodology, and move them from curious to convinced.

Good MoFU products: In-depth strategy sessions, gap analyses, business diagnostic tools, framework-based evaluations. These go deeper (10–20 questions), take more time, and deliver a more substantial output — a strategy brief, a structured action plan, a methodology-based report.

BoFU — Bottom of Funnel

Bottom-of-funnel products are for people who are ready to buy. The goal is to remove friction, personalise the commercial conversation, and give them a confident next step.

Good BoFU products: Proposal generators, ROI calculators, fit assessments that lead directly to a booking CTA, scoping tools. These are precise, commercially framed, and end with a clear action — book a call, confirm scope, review a proposal.

Brain can help you spot funnel gaps. Open Brain and ask it to review your existing products — it will identify which stages you're strong in and where you're missing coverage. A well-balanced funnel has products at all three stages working together.

What happens on the free plan

On the free plan, you can create and edit products as drafts but cannot deploy them publicly. The gallery will show a nudge to upgrade when you're ready to take your products live.

If you're not on a plan at all, the gallery will show an empty state prompting you to upgrade to create products.
