Ask your Brain
Strategic questions answered with full workspace context — what to build, where the funnel gaps are, how to position a new offer.
Brain is your workspace-level strategic AI assistant. It knows your existing products, your brand voice, your niche, your previous Ideas, and your Journey Plan. From Claude, you can access Brain conversationally — the strategic layer above the product-building layer.
Every brain_ask is grounded in your Brand Voice profile — the positioning, audience, methodology, and guardrails you set in Settings → Brand Voice. Fill that in once and every answer, from Claude or in the app, is tailored to your business rather than a generic coach.
When to use Brain through Claude
- Stuck on what to build next. Ask Brain for funnel-gap-aware recommendations grounded in your existing suite.
- Stress-testing an idea. Brain pushes back with positioning questions, audience fit, market evidence.
- Need a build-ready concept. Brain surfaces specific product ideas (BUILD_THIS cards) with enough detail to feed straight into
plan_product. - Translate a vague intent into a brief. "I want to do something with onboarding" → Brain proposes 2–3 specific shapes you could build.
The Brain tools
brain_ask
The strategic chat. Ask Brain anything — what to build, who for, how to position, where the gap is, or what your latest Journey Plan recommended. Loads your workspace context automatically.
save_idea
Save a product idea directly to Brain's Ideas tab. Appears immediately in the dashboard, can be opened straight onto the canvas later.
generate_plan
Generate a fresh Journey Plan — product recommendations across every funnel stage, grounded in your brand voice, existing products, saved ideas, and Brain memory. Counts against your plan's limit.
add_brain_memory
Save a note, decision, or audience insight to Brain's long-term memory — used as context in every future build and answer.
add_brain_source
Add a URL as a knowledge source — the page content is fetched and stored for Brain to draw on. (PDF/document uploads happen in the app's Brain tab.)
list_brain_sources
See every source Brain currently has in its knowledge base.
delete_brain_item
Remove a source or memory from Brain by its ID.
set_variable
Create or update a workspace variable — brand voice, pricing, ICP — available as {{ custom:key }} across all products.
Typical Brain conversations
Strategic positioning:
"Based on everything you know about my workspace and brand voice, where's the biggest gap in my funnel right now and what would I build to fill it?"
brain_ask loads your product suite, brand voice, and Journey Plan. Returns a specific recommendation with reasoning.
Idea → product:
"That sounds great — save it as an idea and build it."
save_idea saves the concept; then Claude calls plan_product → create_product → generate_product to build it in the same turn.
Audit your funnel:
"Look at my products and tell me which funnel stages I'm missing and which products are doing the heavy lifting."
brain_ask cross-references your products against your funnel stages. Returns a gap analysis.
Reposition a product:
"My Discovery Call Replacement product isn't converting well. What would Brain change about the positioning?"
brain_ask looks at the product's content, your brand voice, and your audience. Returns positioning tweaks — and Claude can execute them via update_product / update_node if you say so.
Two layers of intelligence
It helps to think of the connector as exposing two distinct AI layers:
Brain (strategic)
"What should I build, for whom, and why?" — Brain answers the strategic questions before any product exists. It knows your whole workspace.
Product-building (tactical)
"Build the thing we just talked about." — plan_product → create_product → generate_product execute the brief. They build one product at a time.
A complete session often runs through both layers: ask Brain what to build → save the idea → build it → preview → iterate. One conversation, one URL at the end.
Privacy
Brain's memory and context are scoped to your workspace. When Claude calls brain_ask, the workspace context (brand voice, product list, niche) is loaded as part of the prompt, processed by the Productised side, and returned to Claude. Anthropic sees the question and the answer in your conversation — equivalent to copying the strategic context into a Claude chat manually.
You can review every Brain call in your workspace Logs.
