Use your CRM in Claude

Add your CRM's own connector alongside the Productised connector in one Claude chat, and let Claude move qualified leads between them — no Zapier, no field mapping to maintain.

You already manage Productised through the Claude connector. Here's the part most people miss: Claude can run more than one connector in the same chat. Add your CRM's connector next to Productised's, and Claude becomes the bridge — it reads qualified leads out of Productised and creates or updates records in your CRM, in plain English, in one conversation.

No Zapier in the middle. No field mappings to keep in sync. Just ask.

This is different from the MCP node on the canvas, which wires a CRM into a product so the AI can look things up while an end user is answering. This page is about your Claude workspace — managing and moving leads after they come in.

What you need

  1. The Productised connector — already set up (how). It exposes your leads: hot leads, recent responses, scores, and tags.
  2. A connector for your CRM. Two common ways to get one:
    • Many CRMs now offer their own MCP server you can add directly in Claude.
    • If yours doesn't, a bridge like Zapier's MCP or Composio exposes thousands of apps (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Airtable…) as MCP tools Claude can call.

Add both under Claude → Settings → Connectors, then start a chat with both enabled.

What you can ask

Once both are live in the same chat, you're moving qualified leads with a sentence:

  • "Take today's hot leads from Productised and create them as contacts in HubSpot, tagging the source with the product name."
  • "For every lead who scored above 8 this week, create a deal in my CRM and draft a follow-up email using their result."
  • "Check if this new lead already exists in my CRM — if so, update their score; if not, create them."
  • "Pull this week's responses from my Readiness assessment and add the ones marked 'qualified' to my Pipedrive pipeline."

Claude reads from Productised (score, persona, the personalised result), decides what to write, and calls your CRM's tools to write it — carrying the full context across.

Why this is better than a raw sync

A webhook or Zapier moves fields. Claude moves a judgement.

  • Productised does the qualification — the score, the persona, the personalised outcome.
  • Your CRM owns the pipeline — contacts, deals, stages, follow-up.
  • Claude joins them with context — "this lead scored 9, is a Growth-Ready persona, and here's the summary" — so what lands in your CRM is decision-ready, not a form dump.

And because it's conversational, you adjust on the fly — change the threshold, the tags, the routing — without touching a Zap.

Prefer it fully automated and hands-off? Use a webhook or Zapier instead — those fire on every completion with no chat involved. The Claude approach shines when you want judgement and flexibility in the loop. See Connect your CRM for the full comparison.

A note on security

Each connector authenticates separately with its own permissions — adding your CRM connector gives Claude access to your CRM only within that chat, under the scopes you granted it. Productised never sees your CRM credentials, and vice versa. See Privacy & security.
